What we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email and password (stored hashed).
• Contact requests: name, mobile number and message when you ask about a unit, request a viewing or send a special request.
• Units you list: unit details, price, photos and the contact number you enter.
• Usage: favorites, alerts, ratings and unit view counts.
• Notifications (app): the device token used to send you notifications, if you allow them.

How we use it

• To show units and keep your favorites and alerts.
• So a Bekam advisor can contact you when you ask.
• To publish units you list and connect you with interested buyers or tenants.
• To send notifications about new units and offers; you can turn them off in your phone settings.

Sharing

Only the Bekam / Triple A team sees your data, for providing the service. We do not sell your data. Notifications are sent through Google Firebase and the service is hosted on GoDaddy servers.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from “My account” → “Delete account” on the website or in the app; this removes your account, units and favorites. You can also contact us and we will delete it for you.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed.
